For international domain names (ie. com's) there are no transfer fees, however you are charged 1 year registration fee at the time of transfer which is added onto your existing registration period. Eg. If your domain name has 1 year remaining on its current registration period, transferring to RegisterDIRECT for the cost of an annual registration $ 59.95 + GST will equate to 2 years remaining on the registration period.

International TLD (.com etc) Transfer Requirements The owner contact information with your existing Registrar must be current. A confirming e-mail will be sent to the administrative contact's e-mail address. We will not be able to complete the transfer process without this confirmation. Domains cannot be transferred until they have been registered with your current Registrar for at least 60 days.
